Returns Policy

Change - Return:
In the event that you wish to return a product, you have the right within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt, in its original packaging and in excellent condition. The products must be returned to us in a condition that can be sold, therefore, returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without being unsealed or tampered with their packaging, together with the documents, the retail receipt and the packaging that came with the product.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The product must be returned with all the accompanying documents

(Retail Receipt, Invoice or Bill of Lading).

Money return :
You have the right of withdrawal (refund) within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt.

The refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product.
